Just Between You and Me

I have been collecting movies since about 1992. I started with VHS, of course, and my first goal was to collect all Oscar winners for Best Picture which I have accomplished...except for CODA, which Apple for some reason has not made available. [Addendum: I acquired CODA on 11/06/23 after finding it for sale in Europe.] (The bold title indicates a Best Picture.)

Some of my other collection targets are all of the AFI top 100 (I have 97), all of Hitchcock (60 out of 66) and all of Kubrick (11 of 13). I'm also a fan of Altman and Scorsese, but have far too few of their flicks. I do have all 9 of Terrence Malick directed feature films.

The National Film Registry has been selecting 25 films each year since 1989 that are worthy of preservation. Of the 825 on the list approximately 640 are feature length. And of those titles, I have collected 175.
