| This is our second edition. Our
editorial philosophy is guided by the idea that not all of the news gets
"printed" by the major outlets. We are only going
to cover some of the news, as anyone who now thinks they may cover all
the news of any one category is deluding themselves. (We already
know they are deluding us).

Influence?
What do you think the odds are for a Disney commercial to be airing simultaneously on the two major TV networks airing their evening news last night? Seeing that spring breaks are coming up, I'd guess 1 in 64. But seeing that ABC is one of the two, that reduces the odds to better than even. The other was NBC, where my attention was fixed. Just a snippet from their news: the lead piece featured an Israeli cabinet minister who observed that the Palestinian (terrorists?) "are not really human beings." Was this a bit of selective journalism on NBC's part? Was it intentional? What point was the cabinet minister making? Is this representative of Israel's public opinion?

Featured Link: Jim Hightower since we receive his bi-weekly newsletter, I thought you might like to see what he's up to. Approaching 9/11 Anniversary! OK, so I'm a little rough on our media outlets. Let's try a promise: I live within advertised site of the Twin Towers "Light Memorial" to be turned on Monday night. Let's see if we can get a picture in the Tuesday edition. The only thing standing in the way is a trip to the Garden with Chip to see the Rangers - Canadiens square off for that eighth playoff spot in the NHL Eastern Division. Editorial Notes: Stay with us while we work on our format. It's important to meet those deadlines while working on the quality. Thanks to faithful fans!
